BTCUSDT Future -$29.13

Previous Scenario : Coming up near the resistance line and establishing a short position. It is likely to move sideways or push to the previous support line.

Actual trading: Stop loss after enduring without being familiar with the shot.

Next Scenario: 31000 Resistance Looks Like One More Try

Real Sales :
16:03 Short: I took a short because I thought I would check support once more while walking sideways, but I only touched the stop loss line I set and came down.
21:20 Short: I went in from a position where resistance was likely to arise, but in the end I was right. However, I tried to eat more without getting used to it, but rather lost money. Looking back, I could have just left it alone

23:01, 23:30 Long: To make up for the previous loss, I caught Long again after getting used to it.

23:45 Short: I was supposed to come down after encountering resistance, but I was dragged up. I should have cut my hand, but my hand didn't. However, Short made a stop loss because he would be dragged up to the edge of hell if he didn't.

What went well : If you have to look for it, you stopped losing your short position.

What I did wrong : I think the problem was that I dared to bet short to go against the trend and eat short. And after seeing the loss, I took the position without thinking again.

Lesson learned: Take shorts carefully. Let's not buck the trend.

BTCUSDT Futures: Loss of $29.13

Previous scenario: Built a short position near the resistance line. Expected a sideways movement or a push back to the previous support line.

Actual trade: Held on to the short position without taking profits and ended up cutting losses.

Next scenario: Expecting another attempt at the 31000 resistance line.

Actual trades: 16:03 Short: I took a short position as I expected a retest of the support during the sideways movement, but it only touched my stop loss line and went down. 21:20 Short: I entered at a point where I thought resistance would form, and in the end, I was right. But I didn’t take profits and tried to gain more, and ended up cutting losses. In retrospect, I should have just left it as it was.

23:01, 23:30 Long: I took profits and took a long position again to make up for the previous loss.

23:45 Short: I thought it would hit resistance and go down, but it was pulled up. I should have cut my losses, but I couldn’t let go. But if you don’t cut losses on a short, you get dragged all the way to hell, so I cut my losses.

What I did well: If I had to pick something, it would be cutting losses on the short position.

What I did wrong: The problem seems to be that I insisted on betting short against the trend. And after seeing a loss, I took a position again without thinking.

Lesson: Be careful when taking short positions. Don’t go against the trend.
